Allen Cornett has over 26 years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Interiors. Since focusing on sustainability consulting in 2008 Allen has consulted on over 220 projects ranging in size up to $200 million with clients and projects across the United States. INSPEC Sustainability Group LLC has been designated as a LEED Proven Provider for the LEED BD+C rating system family. This status acknowledges INSPEC Sustainability Group LLC’s role as a high-quality LEED Project Administrator. Allen spends his time consulting on projects attempting certification under the LEED and Green Globes rating systems, showing compliance with the Dallas Green Building Ordinance, and documenting the sustainability requirements for contractors.
